Ultra Choc-Chip Cake

Ref: crazy for chocolate
125g butter
185g / 1 cup soft brown sugar
1 tablespoon instant expresso cofee powder
2 eggs- light beaten
1 teaspoon vanila essence
1/3 cup/ 40 gm self-rasing flour
1 cup /125 plain flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonat soda
1/2 cup /60 gm cocoa powder
3/4 cup/185ml buttermilk
1/2 cup/90g dark choc bits

Icing
50 gm unsalted butter
100 gm dark chocolate

8 inch round cake tin

1. Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.
2. Add coffee powder. Beat until combined.
3. Add eggs -beating well after each addition. Add essence
4. Fold and sifted flour, soda and cocoa alternately with buttermilk.
5. Bake 35-50 minutes.

To make icing:
Melt butter and chocolate .
